If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged during transit

  • Incorrect item received

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Jewelry that has been worn

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Change of mind

  • Improper use or care

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at  contact@vivenzo.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping.

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale

All approved returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
VIVENZO reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet our policy.
