Coverage

All VIVENZO jewelry is covered by a 3-month limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:

• Clasps and closures

• Stones and settings

• Plating and finish

• Structural integrity (welds, joints)

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair the item or replace it, at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, surface marks)

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of care

• Exposure to chemicals, excessive force, or water beyond recommended use

• Alterations or repairs performed by a third party

Jewelry is designed to be worn daily, but like all fine pieces, it requires proper care.

• Proof of purchase is required

• The item must be inspected before approval

• If eligible, the solution will be determined based on the issue
